Fee Schedule
Domestic Claims: 1.5% of claim value. International Claims: 2.5% of claim value. Minimum registration fee: INR 15,000.
Applicable Rules & Regulations
1. Fast-track conciliation must be concluded within 30 days.
2. Standard arbitration proceedings should target a final award within 180 days.
3. All submissions must be uploaded via the secure Aura Vault.
4. Virtual hearings are standard; physical request incurs additional administrative cost.
